Description
58 Upper is a stunning coastal oasis located in the charming town of Yzerfontein on the West Coast. It is designed for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxing weekend getaway or an extended vacation to celebrate special moments as this villa boasts gorgeous ocean views.
This double-story villa can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time in 5 bedrooms and an open plan dormitory style area with bunk bed for kids. The 5 bedrooms are all furnished with queen-size beds. 3 of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath and a shower. The other two rooms and the open area (with bunk beds) share two bathrooms, each fitted with shower, toilet and basin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area occupies the top level and features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. For guests’ convenience, 2 dishwashers are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Additionally, this area has an indoor braai and leads to a bar area. For extra entertainment, a table tennis table and a dartboard is also available. This whole living area has glass stacking doors which open onto a spacious patio with tables and chairs where guests can enjoy a lovely sundowner while admiring the ocean views.
