Pets are not allowed.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking, such as odour, ash, or cigarette butts, is found inside the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of up to R2,000 may apply.
Parties are not permitted.
Please refrain from hanging washing on the front patio.
The complex is designated as a quiet zone. Please avoid playing music on patios or creating disturbances, as sound travels easily. This rule also applies to stairways and walkways. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, during which no noise is permitted. The estate management may impose a fine of R1,000 for noise disturbances, which we are required to collect via your booking channel or in cash.
Your reservation is confirmed with the understanding that a minimum of two guests will share one bedroom unless a different arrangement has been specifically requested and approved prior to confirmation. For example:
4 guests will use 2 bedrooms.
5 or 6 guests will use 3 bedrooms.
Should additional bedrooms, linen, or towels be used, this will result in extra laundry and cleaning charges. You agree to settle any additional costs upon receipt of a payment request from your host via the booking platform or to allow the charges to be deducted from your damage deposit at check-out.
