Disappointing accomodation. We have stayed in many BnBs in SA, this was one of the smallest rooms we have stayed in, and certainly the most lacking in equipment, etc. We have moved on from there to an apartment on the beach in Port Alfred which is beautiful in comparison and incredibly well equipped and is over R100 per night less than York Road. There, is no refrigerator, no TV, no microwave and "no eating in the room". This is our 2nd booking, both expensive and disappointing.

Awesome stayover in Bathurst. We were warmly welcomed by host Neville. Beautiful, comfortable room with a coffee/tea station. Accommodation is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property has a magnificent garden. Do yourself a favour and walk around the garden, such a beautiful serene setting. Absolutely bliss.
