620 Anne Road in Pringle Bay is a 4-minutes walk from the main swimming beach. This rustic and uniquely styled barn home is the perfect place to break away from city life and have a much-needed digital detox.
This modern home is tastefully decorated and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s ideal for 6 adults and 3 children. You have to be pretty close friends or family though, as it would be a tight squeeze.
An inverter provides power to the lights, TV, and Wi-Fi and the gas bathroom geysers for hot water in the event when Eskom is not available.
There are 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each while the third room has a tri-bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds each. The first bathroom has a shower while the other has a bath. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse sandy feet and sea-soaked hair.
The kitchen is well-equipped for a self-catering stay, including a fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, while the living area features a fireplace. Other amenities include a smart TV with an option for DSTV connectivity at the DSTV cost. Wi-Fi Internet access is included in the rate.
The large stable doors open onto the wooden deck and front garden creating a sheltered entertainment area for long summer lunches or end-of-the-day sundowners. Close the doors in winter, and you’ve got a cozy braai room to while away the evenings in.
There is secure parking on the property, and the house also has an alarm for your safety and security. Smoking within the house is not permitted and special permission required for pets.
