69 Perissa is a modern furnished self-catering apartment that consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining area and a lounge. This apartment is mostly suited for the family. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and a tumble-dryer. You will find a chic bar area for you to enjoy a cocktail after a day at the beach. You will be comfortable in the modern lounge with a large LCD 40-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix included. WiFi is also available in the unit. A cute Juliet balcony off the main bedroom is also a nice feature. 69 Perissa has its own private braai on the balcony allowing you to relax in the evening.
Perissa offers direct access to the semi-private Perissa beach which is a few minutes walk. From Santorini you will also have direct beach access to Thompson's bay beach.
The family will enjoy the choice of 5 different pools in Santorini. The Perissa pool is a few minutes stroll from the apartment and there is children's swimming area. Hiking trails are found around Santorini’s beautiful gardens, as well as a small outside gym and whale viewing deck. A communal tennis court and braai area, and a playground and jungle gym are available in the complex.
An allocated undercover parking bay is provided. Santorini offers a secure environment where you can relax away from home. At the complex there is CCTV and strict access control to the complex as well as security patrolling on foot.
