7 Bayview Terrace is a perfect property for families or groups. This property boasts the best location and facilities in the village with 3 bedrooms, garage, pool and amazing views.
Spanning from Loader Street across to Bayview Terrace you enter via the garage area. Contemporary and modern in design the expansive open-plan ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen and air-conditioned dining area with a small courtyard. The living room area, with ornamental fireplace, opens out onto the patio with sun-lounges and plunge pool that looks across the Harbour and Table Bay. The ground floor also has an air-conditioned twin or king bedroom with separate bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, the master air-conditioned bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with French windows that opens onto a large balcony with seating and views of the village and Table Mountain. The other large air-conditioned bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room opens onto a balcony looking over the plunge pool below with views across to the harbour.
As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free Wi-Fi. This property is serviced twice weekly, weekdays, excluding public holidays.
De Waterkant Village is close to all the major Cape Town attractions. You can either explore on foot and walk to the V&A Waterfront, Green Market Square and CTICC. A short taxi ride away you can visit Table Mountain, Camps Bay and then the Winelands. As a point of reference, The Village Cafe is right next door to the reception, great breakfast spot, and Cape Quarter is the closest shopping centre which is only a 3-minute walk away.
