7 La Mer is a self-catering duplex apartment located in a secure complex, situated on the Ballito beachfront. The complex offers direct access to the beach and promenade through a security gate.

This fully furnished apartment has 2 levels and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs and a small shower room and toilet downstairs. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, basin and bath.

The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains the necessary appliances to cook meals. A washing machine is available to use in a separate laundry area.

The lounge features a TV and leads out onto a patio, which has a braai area for guests to use.
