The Beach House is situated on a prime beachfront plot with incredible views of the beach lagoon and the sea. The house is spacious and comfortable and is the ideal beach house for friends and family to enjoy in Zinkwazi Beach, KwaZulu-Natal.
This home can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, with an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with 2 single beds in each room, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with a child-only bunk bed. The three bedrooms share a bathroom that is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. A guest bathroom with a separate toilet is also available. Linen and bath and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room is furnished with a large dining table, comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. The sunroom is furnished with more seating, and it opens up onto a covered patio that is furnished with a dining table and a braai. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have direct beach access, 2 garages and extra off-street parking on the premises. This property is within close proximity to various shops and restaurants.
