8 Yellowood is an elegantly designed home, proudly positioned on a large and exclusive site with lush forest and lovely views. This villa is situated within the Zimbali Coastal Estate and is an ideal option for a family getaway as this villa boasts gorgeous views of the estate and has an inviting swimming pool.
This air-conditioned villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet. Another 2 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom contains a double bed. Two of the bathrooms have a bath and a shower, while the other 2 bathrooms have a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv.
Outside is a spacious covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and braai facilities which is a great spot for guests to unwind. This patio leads onto a wooden deck that has an inviting swimming pool. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage and 2 extra parking spaces.
