Decent stay, good location and safety, slightly lacking customer service. Overall, the stay was decent. A few key pointers: The biggest issue was the parking; that slope was terrible to be parked on sideways in our small car. We had to struggle each time we got out of our car, and my girlfriend could not get out with heels on. The room was great and cozy, and instructions were clear to get in. During our stay of 4 nights, there was no room service at all. We had a roach in our apartment, but only one was seen; the apartment looked clean, though.
