Place to stay lovely but agents made me feel cheated. Very nice and comfortable accommodation. However, letting agent is very weak. Expect full payment 30 days in advance, which they don't say on the website, and only let you know after you've paid a deposit. Then required an additional R3000 security deposit (almost as much as my 2 day stay), which I still haven't received back 10 days after our stay. Everything is completely within their rights, but please communicate "upfront" on your website post, then I know to book other, more user-friendly places and not feel cheated.
