Pleasant and welcoming. We had a great stay. Brenda was awesome, helping us with washing our towels as we were at a 4-day gala. She ensured we had a change of linen and the rooms were impeccable and clean. Happy to help with where to go for shopping and eating out. The fridges are a little small if you are self-catering, but we made it work for us. Brenda set up an area for us to eat, and this was a lifesaver considering we had children.
