Room 1 and 2 is located in the main house and have access to the communal kitchen and living area of the house. Each room has a double bed and shares the use of the bathroom fitted with a shower, bath and separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an outdoor area with trees and braai facilities on request. This part of the house has it's own entrance.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, one-plate gas stove, fryingpan, air fryer and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Outside there are braai facilities, a garden set and an umbrella on the patio. There is another braai under lush green trees in the garden. The apartment has it's own entrance.
