A Paradise at the Sea offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment situated in the prestigious and popular Greenways Golf Estate in Strand. The estate offers excellent security, as well as access to the golf course, club house, tennis court, braai facilities, swimming pool, and safe and quick access to the beach via the walkways.
This apartment has an inverter and battery system that keeps most electrical devices and appliances running during load shedding.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower adjacent to the main bedroom, and the other with a bath-over-the-shower. The apartment also comprises a lovely kitchen, and a combined dining and lounge area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher for guests convenience. The refurbished apartment is equipped with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi. Secure parking is available within the estate in a dedicated parking bay.
Guests can enjoy lovely sea views from the terrace, as well as views over False Bay and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is situated in the Emerald Bay complex within the Greenways Golf Estate, a convenient location for those wishing to explore attractions in the Western Cape, specifically the Winelands in Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Franschhoek. The apartment is non smoking, and pets are not permitted. Braais are not permitted on the terrace, but there are communal braai facilities at the pool area, a few metres away.
Strand is a resort town on the Eastern shore of False Bay at the foot of the Hottentots Holland mountains. Strand offers a lovely beach, and is an ideal family holiday destination for swimming, sunbathing and a variety of water sports. Strand promenade offers a mix of restaurants, café’s and shops.
