House Rules

Our manager runs an independent catering service and can provide guests with excellent meals at very affordable prices. Meals are separate from our rates and must be paid to our manager directly.

The rate quoted excludes meals. Apartments are serviced before arrival and at departure. Additional servicing available at an extra fee, on request, except on Public Holidays and Sundays.

Two night stays required over weekends.
Long weekends cannot be reduced to 1 or 2 night stays.
Minimum of 5 night stays required in Peak Season.
