Glashuis is located about 45 minutes from the main house, up the mountain. A 4x4 vehicle is required to make this 6 km trip. A 4x4 vehicle can be arranged from the hosts at an additional cost. Trailers cannot be taken to the Glashuis.
Glashuis is powered by solar panels and electricity supply might be affected by adverse weather conditions.
Glashuis is remote and guests are required to take their groceries, ice, and firewood with them.

The lounge has comfortable couches and a fireplace for those cold winter evenings. Guests can enjoy a braai on the outside verandah.
