Abalone Exclusive Apartment is a two-bedroom unit of approximately 150 m² with different levels that form part of Abalone Villa. It is in the prestigious Bloubergstrand Village, 20 minutes by car from Cape Town.
The unit has a separate entrance, an entrance hall with a small workspace, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a walk-in bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed and en-suite with shower and basin. There is unlimited internet access, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV with the Premium DStv package and Netflix, and an indoor braai. Outside there is a lovely patio with sea views, a small garden with an outside shower, and a single garage. There is an excellent security system on site.
Abalone Exclusive Apartment is close to world-famous kitesurfing and windsurfing spots, Big Bay, Table Bay Beach, also known as Dolphin Beach, and the child-friendly Kleinbaai. It is close to several shopping centers, excellent restaurants, and other places to eat. The MyCiti bus route to Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront are 50m from your front porch.
