Disappointed It was okayish at first until I was told I was checking out on a day I had paid for my stay. I showed the guys at the reception my bank statement as proof and they were still not convinced, they had to call the lady who was not in, apparently, her name is Shalom. It turns out I was mistaken for another lady. I didn't even get an apology, they just said it was a mix-up on their side.
