Floors very dirty, and very noisy!

Found the floors very dirty! Very noisy being on the 1st floor and very noisy in the evening! Never brought keys as promised to lock the safe. Microwave didn't work on arrival! Wouldn't stay there again as it is way too noisy at night and early morning. Very old and dark building!
