Great hosts. Lovely accommodation.

Breakfast great. Hosts put out a breakfast for Knysna Forest early morning runners. We were invited to a rugby game as well. Tasteful rooms and big pool area. Would definitely recommend.

No breakfast as promised and our room wasn't cleaned.

Breakfast only gets served at 08h15?  If I knew this, I would never have made a booking.  On arrival we had to phone to let them know that we were at the guesthouse. I was told that breakast will be served at 08h15 and I told him that it was too late as my son had to be at the cricket field at 08h00. I was told, he would make a plan for us the next morning. When my son went to get breakfast after 07:00, nothing was put out. No milk with the cereal, no juice or coffee. Nothing!  Was it because they didn't care?  They received full payment for the 2 nights. When we left at 07h15, Steve came to my car asked "Am I too late for you?" and I said yes. My son has to play cricket now without having breakfast. He didn't even appologise. I thought maybe the next morning he will make a plan, but he didn't. They put milk and juice in the fridge and thats it! No fresh coffee. No other food or fruit like all the other 4 and 5 star places we have stayed before. Just the WheetBit, Meusli and AllBran. Our room wasn't cleaned and our bin was still like we left it that morning. The beer in the bar fridge expired 3 months ago.
