Calm and quiet with a view over the plains and Karoo hills with sunset. It was a first experience for us on a guest farm. Brenda welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, including a cup of fresh farm milk. Peace and quiet after a hot day on the road, with the occasional bleating of a little lamb in the background, confirmed that we were spending the night on a "working" Karoo farm. The accommodation was comfortably furnished, clean and tidy and typical of a genuine Karoo farmhouse. Definitely a very nice experience.

Delicious and comfortable overnight stop. Had a great time, also walked around the farm a bit. Very friendly reception, and the braai pack with roast cake dough and one salad was an absolute winner!

A nice place to spend the night, peace and quiet. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and tidy and the tranquility of just enjoying the silence of a Karoo farm after a long day on the road is too nice. All the basic amenities are available and the accommodation is stylish with a Karoo character. Brenda is friendly and there to welcome visitors and make sure everything is in order. The sunset is something special and on a cloudless night the stars are too many. Hanging out on the porch with a view of the mountains and plains remains special.

Peaceful atmosphere, beautiful scenery, exceptional hospitality. The little lambs and friendly dogs made it extra special. Great walk and barbecue. Cottage well equipped with everything you need.
