Great views of the sea. The view is what makes the house so appealing. The lounge and kitchen are great spaces for a large group to relax, and the kitchen is well equipped. However, only 2 (not 3) bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The other 2 share a bathroom. The bedrooms downstairs need a better floor and some fixing up. The bathroom sliding door didn't close, and there was no curtain on one window. Some of the furniture is old and needs a bit of repair. It looks a bit run down, and hence I think the price was higher than it should have been overall.
