Almondbury Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a beautifully renovated holiday house, situated in upper Zwaanswyk. The double-storey cottage is surrounded by almond trees and features a lovely enclosed garden and swimming pool area.
The cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms. The upstairs main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, where guests can enjoy the sparkling night lights of the Southern Suburbs. The second upstairs bedroom is divided into 2 sections. The first section contains a single bed, and is the ideal hideaway for your little one. The other section is a study and work station area with internet connection and a Wi-Fi router. The downstairs main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and offers natural light. This room has a built-in cupboard for extra space.
The cottage also comprises an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen adjoins the dining area and lounge, which offers access to the garden and swimming pool. The lounge is equipped with a TV using Neflix, and the bathroom, with its double basins, shower and bath, adds to the comfort of this lovely cottage.
Zwaanswyk is a semi-security estate, and the cottage is fitted with an alarm for extra security. Exit the property and enjoy beautiful walks, hikes and mountain-bike trails. The location offers access to well-known wine farms, quality restaurants and golf courses, as well as Blue Route Mall. Muizenberg beach, which is a popular surfing spot, is 10.4 km away and St James beach, with its tidal pool is just 11.7 km away.
