Description
Aloe and Agapanthus Cottages are 2 individual cottages in the leafy Klipkop neighbourhood. Aloe is perfect for a small family, friends, business travellers, or a couple visiting Elgin. Agapanthus is best suited for a couple or a single guest.
Aloe Garden Apartment can accommodate 2 guests and has a spacious open layout. The room is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is sunny and well equipped with a fridge, microwave and stove, and has a back door that leads to the garden and vegetable patch. The lounge area has big sliding doors that open towards the patio with garden furniture and a braai area. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests to use.
Agapanthus Cottage is set in a private part of the garden under big willow trees. The open-plan layout offers a queen-size bed and inhouse fireplace for cosy winter visits. The bathroom is fitted with a walk in, gas-heated shower, towels, soap, cream and bathrobes. The kitchen is well stocked and suitable for self-catering and guests are spoiled with fruit and herbs from the garden when in season. The outside area has a private patio with garden furniture and braai facilities under the trees. Picnic blankets and soft pillows are supplied for the comfort of the guests as well as braai equipment and a small bundle of wood.
Both cottages have Wi-Fi and due to a newly installed invertor, guests will have lights and plugs to charge phones and laptops. Secure parking is available at the cottages. Tea- and coffee-making facilities are available at the cottages with complimentary coffee, tea, rusks, lemons and freshly picked herbs.
Guests can enjoy the half hectare garden with big trees, a winter stream and sun loungers. A variety of reading material is available in the cottages for the guests to enjoy.
Enjoy an active weekend with outdoor adventures or rest and feed your soul in the green environment. A stone's throw from all outdoor activities, mountain biking trails and the race village at Oakvalley for events such as W2W and Epic, wine farms and the famous Railway Market.
