Aloe House is a beautiful holiday home offering self-catering accommodation in Leisure Bay, a coastal village located on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The house is the ideal destination for a family or group of friends seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.
This double-storey house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The spacious main bedroom is upstairs and boasts a king-size bed as well as access to a private balcony with lovely views. It has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath and shower. The remaining bedrooms are all located downstairs. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed, while a queen-size bed is available in the fourth bedroom. These rooms share the use of a guest toilet and a separate bathroom fitted with a bath.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, and microwave. The living area offers a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, and a TV. This area opens onto a lovely wooden deck that offers views of the area. The covered patio boasts braai facilities, an outdoor dining table, an area to prepare food, and sun loungers around the swimming pool.
The property is secured with electric fencing, an automated gate, and a full alarm system that is linked to a security company.
