Description
Amberg Country Estate is located on the Du Toits Kloof Pass with great views over the Berg River valley. Amberg Country Estate is situated close to several world-class golf courses, walking and hiking trails, and world-class wineries.
Accommodation is provided in self-catering apartments and cottages that are equipped with Wi-Fi, TVs, stereos and air-conditioning. All kitchens are well-equipped and the rooms are furnished with either twin, king-size or double beds.
The estate has a large rock swimming pool set in rambling, indigenous gardens. Guests can enjoy a fynbos mountain hike, rock climbing and bird watching from Amberg with trout fishing, and biking and hiking trails situated nearby.
There is a restaurant on site, called Amberg Art + Kitchen.
Excursions to the nearby Lion Park, Snake Centre, Butterfly World and Crocodile Ranch can be arranged. All tours can be booked with a private guide.
