Very nice place. Clean and well appointed to accommodate a large family. Vehicles are at your disposal and good location in the Area. Annabaan is a comfortable house. The location is good and very close to the sea and the shops. I will definitely recommend friends to go.

Very quiet area and walking distance to beach and restaurants. Spacious house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Nico-Jan is very helpful.

It was a very nice visit, shops are close by, it's a bit in a very quiet area but if you're looking for peace and quiet it's perfect. Can have a nice barbecue inside, house has everything one would need, suitable for family with children. Mr Nico was very helpful, could just send him a message then he gave feedback as soon as possible, so that's great for us. There was also inverter available during loadshedding, really nice place but as I say it's in a very quiet area but at least walking distance from the sea and shops.

Very peaceful place. Nice house. Enjoyed it. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. The children were over the outside yard because they could play outside. The house is beautiful and the surroundings very peaceful.

It was very nice at Annabaan. My people and I will have to come again as soon as possible. Nico the place is iron, thank you very much. It was very nice, we will have to book again.

Group of 7 for a weekend getaway. Nice comfortable house, old, needs some attention here and there (eg the garden is a bit neglected) but the house is very well equipped inside. The weather wasn't very pleasant, so we had to spend a lot of time inside, but never felt like we were in each other's way.
