The balcony presents a built-in braai and gas cooker. For entertainment, there is a TV, OV DSTV, HiFi, DVD with AUX and HDMI input and free Wi-Fi.
Although there are no lock-up garages, there is secure parking for 3 vehicles in the yard, behind a lockable gate. Small pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Located within 1 km from the property is the Ramsgate Butterfly Valley, The Waffle House and Ramsgate blue flag beach. The Riverbend Crocodile Farm and Southbrom Golf course is situated only 3 km from the property.
