Aqua Blue was incredibly dirty and unkempt. The staff at Paternoster Accommodation were very unprofessional and customer service is non existent for them. It was a horrible experience! Aqua Blue's location is very good. The house is terribly dirty and in serious need of maintenance. Paternoster Accommodation's (which handles the letting) service is incredibly poor and the staff are unprofessional. Numerous messages to the owner of Paternoster Accommodation remained unanswered. Crockery is cracked and the general condition of kitchen equipment is dirty, weak and rusted. Even though guests have to clean the house themselves there is not even a mop or bucket. We requested that the previous guests' rubbish be removed and this only happened after 9 days. The linen was not changed until 3 days after the scheduled appointment. A breakage deposit is charged even if there is no inventory. We waited over three weeks (after applying pressure) to get the deposit back.
