Arendsig Self-catering Cottages is located on the Arendsig Wine Estate that is situated between the Single Vineyard Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, 100 m from the Breede River, however, the access point to the river is 800 m away. This tranquil setting makes for the ideal weekend getaway or a family holiday that's only 155 km from Cape Town.

The accommodation comprises 4 well-equipped, self-catering farm cottages. Each cottage can sleep 4 guests and have two en-suite bedrooms. The cottages are furnished, with light and airy interiors that open onto a veranda equipped with an inside and outside braai as well as a wood fired hot tub.

Guests can bring their mountain bike and choose the best route according to their level of fitness, or play tennis, enjoy bird watching, fishing, or canoeing on the Breede River. Private wine tastings and handmade platters or picnic baskets are also available on-site. Everything needs to be booked in advance.

Arendsig Cottages also offers breakfast options, at an additional fee.
