Description

Asher's In The Strand is a self-catering holiday house and is situated just 1 block away from the Strand's Golden Mile beach, offering a leisurely stroll to the pristine waters of one of the Western Cape's safest, and cleanest beaches. The house is set up to enable large, close-knit groups of family and friends to spend the holidays together. The house is also pet-friendly. Please ask for the pet policy before confirming your booking.

Please note that no music, partying or loud noise is allowed. Should the neighbors complain about loud noises, shouting, music, or parties, guests will need to vacate the premises immediately and forfeit the rest of their stay and the breakage fee for damage to the reputation of the business.

The house can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 1 double bunk bed and 1 tri bunk bed (single on top and double bed at the bottom). There are 2 double sleeper couches provided in the living space, suitable for children.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. There is also a laundry. The dining area has seating space for 12 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV with uncapped WiFi internet and Netflix Premium package.

There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor braai with Veranda, a BRAND NEW SWIMMING POOL!!!, a spacious front yard with tree house, climbing rope, sandpit, a basket ball hoop and swing, and lots of room for kids and pets to play. Parking space for up to 5 cars available. A high boundary wall, alarm system and CCTV surveillance on the outside of house to make the house secure and very private.

Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood adjacent to the Lourens River (fishing with your son). On your doorstep is the immaculate Strand Golf Club, Somerset Mall, Strand Waterworld and a variety of activities to entertain.
