Located in coastal Port Edward, Ashton 396 offers the ideal retreat with breathtaking ocean views, perfect for family and friends.
The spacious home can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The 2 main bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, while the next 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The fifth bedroom has a double bed, and 2 single beds in the games room provide additional sleeping space for 2 more guests. These guests share a bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area boasts a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. A separate scullery includes a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer for added convenience. Leading from the kitchen is a table with 4 chairs, as well as an 8-seater dining table, perfect for shared meals. The lounge features a large L-shaped couch and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. An additional TV room with comfy seating and a TV is also available. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home.
Guests can enjoy alfresco dining on the furnished balcony, which includes a braai area. The garden features another covered braai area, as well as a refreshing swimming pool. Secure parking is available for the duration of the stay. For those looking to explore the area, Splash Rock and Black Rock Beach are both just 1 km away.
