Atlantic Cove is a luxurious self-catering house situated in Cape Town. It is ideal for a family breakaway, or group of friends and is located within close proximity of the renowned Table Mountain, and Signal Hill.
This charming house can accommodate a total of 8 guests. It comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms,2 bathrooms, and a lovely air-conditioned open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. Downstairs is the main bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom and third bedroom are furnished with a double bed and king-size bed, respectively, and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Upstairs, is the fourth bedroom, ideal for teenagers, and can also be used as a workspace or playroom. This room is furnished with 2 single beds and makes use of the bathroom downstairs. Linen and towels are provided.
Guests enter an expansive open-concept living area that features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is designed for comfort and entertainment and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In a separate scullery, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. The kitchen extends to a 6-seater dining table with chairs and further opens up to the lounge. The lounge has comfortable seating space and a cosy fireplace. Guess have access to free Wi-Fi and a TV that comes with selected DStv channels, Showmax, and Netflix.
The folding glass doors lead to a deck with outdoor furniture and braai facilities, to enjoy sundowners with beautiful views of the Signal Hill mountain. This property offers secure parking on the premises for 2 cars behind an automated gate. There are security cameras that cover the external house, including the perimeter of the property for maximum security.
