Fantastic location, excellent amenities, great value. Everything to do with our stay at this beautiful house was a pleasure, from the initial communication after we made the booking, to questions being answered promptly. Then, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at how huge and spacious the home is. The furnishings are great, it has a very beachy feel. Very nice pool and yard area, and literally less than two minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful view and location, with great facilities. Noisy floorboards. The recommendation would be a yes, and a no. There is so much that is good and wonderful about this house. The one thing that truly was not good is the noise levels and creaking floor between the top and the bottom floor. I wish it weren't so, as I'd be back in a heartbeat were it not for this. Half of us slept in the bottom rooms and had very interrupted sleep. The creaking of the floors with any movement upstairs is so amplified that you cannot sleep through it. It's sadly not restful for those sleeping at the bottom, and stressful for those sleeping on the top floor because half of the household is not getting a good night's rest, something you certainly hope for when going on holiday. I ended up sleeping on the couch, and my husband almost went to sleep in the car. Our recommendation would be insulation between the top and bottom floors to negate this. I would like to add that the service was excellent when the gas ran out, and we were helped almost immediately. Thank you.

Atlantic Dream is a Cape Cod-styled wooden house with beautiful wooden floorboards and so it is recommended that people upstairs are considerate and remove their shoes and move about in socks, slippers or barefoot. This is a common practice in wooden houses wherever they may be. Location is amazing, facilities perfect. Had the most amazing weekend. It is like being in a small town away from everything, we walked up the road and bought freshly baked croissants for breakfast and swam in the sea at sunset - bliss.

Spacious, comfortable, lovely for four-legged family members. Easy access to a lovely and quiet beach. Scarborough is a lovely area, easy trip from Cape Town, but away from it all.

Quiet accommodation near the sea. Spacious house with large pool. The house is comfortable and close to the swimming beach. Well equipped but maintenance needs some attention. Good communication from the owner during our stay. Thanks John.
