Nestled in the heart of the picturesque town of Yzerfontein, Atlantic Views is a stunning self-catering holiday villa boasting incredible ocean views. This is the perfect spot for a getaway with family and friends on the West Coast.
This villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 7 guests at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower, while the third bedroom contains a single bed and a double bed. This room also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee machine. The kitchen also has a space with a breakfast table, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. This space has 2 dining tables with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating, an indoor braai and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. For those wanting to get some work done, an office and free Wi-Fi are available.
This whole living area opens onto a lovely wooden deck with outdoor seating and sun loungers which is the perfect spot for a sundowner while overlooking the ocean. Additionally, this home features a covered outdoor braai area with built-in seating. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.
