Avant-Garde is a unique self-catering holiday retreat located in the heart of Noordhoek. This villa is an ideal option for a getaway with family and friends as this property spoils with an inviting swimming pool and beautiful ocean views.
This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, walk-in shower, and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The room's en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
The spacious open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery, and crockery as well as a central island with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge space has comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
The top level opens onto a balcony which is a great spot for a morning coffee while admiring the views. The living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is the perfect spot for guests to unwind and enjoy a sundowner while the fire is burning. This patio leads down to a garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers.
