Breathtaking views, a place to relax and recharge. A stay at Avian Leisure is well worth every cent spent. Clean, beautiful and with everything you need. You won't want to leave the house because the views are so spectacular. Lovely hosts.

We had a very comfortable, quiet stay in this neat, clean and beautiful apartment. It felt awesome to wake up to the most amazing views of the sea and sunrise. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation to friends and family, and would return there myself for future stays.

Nice rest weekend combined with a visit to Cape Point. The accommodation at Shearwater is first class. Had a beautiful view of False Bay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is very spacious. It was incredibly nice to watch the sailing and fishing boats come and go from a height early in the morning with a cup of coffee in hand. The hostess and host went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The bird life is fantastic and the porcupine came to eat his food which was waiting for him in a bowl in the garden in the early evening - what a surprise! We had a great time in a spacious flat with beautiful ocean views. We had a superb stay for 4 nights. Our host gave us friendly assistance and tips for sights to visit in Simon's Town and surrounds. We enjoyed the fantastic ocean views and the bird watching! The flat is well equipped with anything you might need for a beach holiday: from deck chairs to beach umbrellas and towels. Definitely value for money, and extremely organized. Lovely, quiet environment with a beautiful view. Although there was load shedding scheduled, Marie-Louise already pointed it out upon our arrival, and thus we were able to visit the places and institutions in the town early enough, before load shedding came into effect.
