No staff on premises in evenings. We unfortunately have had a terrible experience with Aziza Guest house. We were informed we were only guests at guesthouse for the evening and there will be no supervisory staff at the premises for the rest of day after we booked in until next morning. We had a power failure after 22:00, and both contact numbers given to us to contact should we need assistance was unreachable. The guesthouse was not honest on their services and facilities on the website.
