Badsfontein Old Farm House is an old farmhouse that was built in 1841, located in Murraysburg on a hill with the most beautiful 360-degree view.
This farmhouse can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and include their own bathrooms fitted with showers.
The kitchen features an open-plan design along with a dining space that includes a built-in braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is more than enough seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together either by the dining table or the breakfast bar. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
400 m from the house is a large irrigation pond, ideal for rowing, swimming, skiing or windsurfing. At Badsfontein there are various hiking trails, mountain climbing, cycling trails as well as bird watching.
