No communication, poor service delivery. Bains Lodge complains. Photos do not meet expectations. Executive suite is not as big as in the photos. Ant infestation, and nothing to counter the problem. TV does not work. Dirty windows, dust everywhere. Had to drive up and down for the amenities, like WiFi and pool services. Only 1 coffee per person for one day, irrespective of how many days you're booked in. Asked for a dish cloth and they brought it 3 hours later.
