We felt at home and had a relaxing atmosphere on the balcony and in the sitting room. A perfect stay but with a minimal disturbance due to the absence of electricity.

Bad, very bad, extra costs. We paid for a parking space, someone parked in our space, we quickly stopped at another parking lot because we didn't have a parking space, I even sent photos to the owner and then we had to pay R650 for our parking extra. How is it our fault someone parked in our parking lot and the owner just told us there was nothing he could do about the extra costs, extremely poor! I do not recommend the place to anyone and no power for almost 3 days, very poor.

Bay 305 is adjacent to a disabled parking bay, which is strictly reserved for individuals with valid permits. Unauthorized use of the disabled parking bays can result in fines imposed by facility management, as per local regulations. We wish to clarify that the fine was issued by building management due to parking overnight in the disabled bay next to your allocated spot, 305, that was unoccupied. This detail is not mentioned in the feedback you provided. As you’re aware, we endeavoured to assist by engaging with the security guards on your behalf to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the fine had already been issued by the time we intervened.
