Dear Alta
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the challenges you faced and deeply empathise with the situation. As your hosts, we recognise the importance of convenient parking access. To accommodate our guests, we provide two parking bays for the apartment: bay 305 and bay 442, the latter serving as an alternative to bay 305 (as mentioned in our welcome message to our guests). Bay 305 is adjacent to a disabled parking bay, which is strictly reserved for individuals with valid permits. Unauthorized use of the disabled parking bays can result in fines imposed by facility management, as per local regulations.
We wish to clarify that the fine was issued by building management due to parking overnight in the disabled bay next to your allocated spot, 305, that was unoccupied. This detail is not mentioned in the feedback you provided.
As you’re aware, we endeavoured to assist by engaging with the security guards on your behalf to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the fine had already been issued by the time we intervened. We encourage all our guests to reach out if they encounter any challenges so we can work together to find a suitable solution promptly.
We hope this clarifies the situation and remain committed to ensuring our guests have a positive and worthwhile experience. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
