Bad, very bad, extra costs. We paid for a parking space, someone parked in our space, we quickly stopped at another parking lot because we didn't have a parking space, I even sent photos to the owner and then we had to pay R650 for our parking extra. How is it our fault someone parked in our parking lot and the owner just told us there was nothing he could do about the extra costs, extremely poor!
