Barrister House comprises a three-bedroom house and an apartment for guests who need accommodation for more than 6 guests. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Sliding doors open onto a Jacuzzi area. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has sliding doors that open onto a patio. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and has sliding doors that open onto a private patio area. The second bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin.
The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a separate scullery with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an ice-maker. The lounge has a gas fireplace, air-conditioning and a TV with full DStv, and the dining room has an 8-seater dining table and chairs. Guests can relax on the elevated patio and enjoy the views. The patio is equipped with built-in braai facilities, an 8-seater outdoor table and chairs. The Jacuzzi is available by prior arrangement with the establishment.
The self-contained downstairs flat comprises an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, 2 single beds and a single sleeper couch. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The flat is equipped with built-in cupboards, and a compact, well-equipped kitchen. The flat is accessible by an external entrance.
Guests have access to an automated lock-up garage and an undercover carport for secure parking. Linen and bath towels are supplied, and there are electric blankets on the beds. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi.
