The apartment also features the most beautiful sea & beach views from almost every room as well as bush & farm views. The property is around 5km from The Airport, 7km from Spar/Pick n Pay Shopping Centres & 15km from East London Esplanade. This beachfront property offers access to a small terrace, covered balcony, private parking & free Wi-Fi. The Cove Rock Country Estate has 2 communal swimming pools, 9 hole golf course, tennis court, cricket pitch & a small rugby/soccer field (all amenities are free of charge). The beach is a 200m walk from the Apartment & is well known for it's beauty & fishing spots. Guests can take a 2km walk to Cove Rock & enjoy a view that will take their breath away.

The Apartment does not have a braai/barbeque area yet but there are beautiful picnic sites available close to the swimming pool & clubhouse. The estate has 24 hour access control security with an electric fence around the perimeter of the estate.

There is a lovely family restaurant on the Estate, it is open Tuesday to Sunday (breakfast 07h30 to 12h00) & lunch/dinner (14h00 to 20h00). Guests can also place orders for takeaways but if you'd rather cook your own food you can make use of the kitchen which has a stovetop & oven.

The Beach House is fully self-catering with a dishwasher. Linen & towels are provided & guests staying more than 7 days will have floors swept & mopped & a linen change once per week.
