The Salty Surf Shack is a charming holiday house located in Strand offering guests spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a king bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a king bed and they share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The sunroom at the front entrance of the house provides a double sleeper couch that can sleep 2 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge area features a TV with rustic seating. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a bar area with a large dining table, and an outdoor braai area with seating in the courtyard.
The house is the ideal location for surfers, water enthusiasts, and families as there are many activities for children and the rest of the family within proximity to the property. The house is across the road from the beach and Waterworld. Waterworld is an exciting and popular water and adventure park. The family-friendly park is right next to the beach and offers water slides, pools, a playground, grassy areas, and a small cafe for food and drinks.
The house is within walking distance from the Natural Energy Surf store providing surf essentials, clothing, and surfboard/SUP rentals. Bootleggers Coffee Shop can be found below the surf store with a Putt Putt course and Merkava Coffee across the road.
