Beach House with a Million Dollar View is a self-catering holiday apartment on the owners' property in Groot Brakrivier, a seaside village near Hartenbos, Mossel Bay and George. The house is located within walking distance of the beach and boasts stunning sea views from the deck.
This fully furnished apartment is set on the ground floor of the owners' house and can accommodate up to 6 adults with 2 children in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed for 2 children. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The rooms share the use of 2 bathrooms that are fitted with a bath and shower respectively.
The kitchen and living area is open plan. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. The living area features a seating area, TV, breakfast counter with bar stools, and direct access to the deck. Other amenities also include an inverter, WiFi and DStv. The covered deck offers an outdoor dining table, a seating area, and scenic views of the ocean. Braai facilities and parking are available.
