Description
Beachscape offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a beautifully appointed villa, situated on the renowned Keurboomstrand, 10 km east of Plettenberg Bay. This tastefully furnished home is located 100 metres from the pristine sandy beach and dunes, and boasts beautiful sea views, with opportunities for dolphin and whale watching.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor; the spacious main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a dressing area, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. There are a further 2 double en-suite bedrooms, each has a queen-size bed and presents a shower en-suite, as well as an additional bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. This bedroom leads onto a balcony.
The 2 double bedrooms have shared access to a wide sun deck directly above the dining area and pool deck below. A large separate fifth bedroom is located below the pool deck, and contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. This suite features stacking doors that open onto a private deck, which in turn leads to a private walkway to the beach.
The ground floor includes a kitchen with lovely views across the beach and coastline, a scullery, and a dining area with a log-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dishwasher for guests' convenience. This area opens onto an exterior entertainment space with braai facilities. The ground floor also features a large open-plan library and relaxation area, a lounge with a TV with selected DStv channels, and an entrance hall comprising a cloakroom, with steps down to a large double garage.
Outside there is a secluded walled courtyard to the front and a deck to the side. The sea-facing decked area boasts a round fire pit. There is also a built-in braai with an outdoor dining table. The villa features a swimming pool and steps down to the private walkway to the beach.
All ground-floor areas have fold and stack doors offering free-flow access to the decks, swimming pool and entertainment areas.
The owners of Beachscape are committed to environmental sustainability. A rainwater storage facility and extensive use of solar energy for power and hot water, are just some of the measures incorporated into this lovely villa.
