Description

Beau Rivage Studio 112 is a self-catering studio located in the riverfront complex, Beau Rivage, situated on the lagoon at the Piesang Valley River overlooking the Beacon Isle Hotel. The complex is roughly 600 m from Central beach, and across the road from a mini shopping complex. The studio is situated upstairs and only accessible via stairs.

The compact apartment can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a combined living, kitchenette and sleeping area which is en suite with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is fitted with a queen size bed.

The kitchenette is equipped for basic self-catering with a 2-plate stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cutlery and crockery. The living area has a double seater couch and a TV with DStv premium channels.

The unit is situated overlooking entrance to complex and with open uncovered and unallocated communal parking. The complex features a large freshwater swimming pool overlooking lagoon and Beacon Isle Hotel. The pool is fenced-in but has no net or covering (use at own risk). There is a squash court with shower facilities, guests to supply own racquets and balls. Access to the complex is controlled by a 24-hour security checkpoint.
