Beautiful Mountain-side Apartment is a tastefully decorated, well-equipped apartment situated in Bokkemanskloof, a charming residential eco-estate in the upper valley of Hout Bay. The apartment offers beautiful mountain views and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests.
This well-appointed self-catering apartment is situated on the north face of Vlakkenberg Mountain and is surrounded by Table Mountain National Park. The apartment is next to a private family home and has its own entrance and is accessed by its own staircase.
The main room contains a queen-size bed and opens onto its own balcony through large sliding doors, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is en-suite and has a double basin, shower and separate bath. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, double hob, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and necessary utensils. A travel cot can be provided if required.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, and a TV that is Netflix-compatible. Guests will need to use their own Netflix account. Bed linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and spices are provided. Guests have access to off-street parking for 1 vehicle. The apartment has a battery and an inverter, so the lights and Wi-Fi stay on during loadshedding. A Cadac gas ring is also provided.
There is security on the estate for peace of mind. The hosts, their family of 3 children and 2 dogs reside in the adjacent house and will happily attend to requests. Guests will be provided with details of local restaurants and general tourist information.
The Bokkemanskloof eco-estate, in which the apartment is located, is an upmarket residential area in Hout Bay. There is ample open green space, planted with indigenous vegetation which encourages the local birdlife. There are pretty walks on the estate itself, as well as a central park close by. Bokkemanskloof offers access to convenience shops and is 5 km from the beach and Constantia Winelands. Cape Town's CBD is located 20 km away.
